LETS DANCE IT OUT
Inspired by her influential mentors, Maddie enters every classroom with intent to be innovative and original, and encourages students to lead with courage and kindness. She privately coaches, leads workshops and teaches dance classes at studios and companies nationally and internationally. Her versatile training background allows for her to adapt and design her instruction for dancers of all ages and levels, from serious competitive dancers, to aspiring musical theater performers, to industry professionals. Maddie currently coordinates and directs intensive programs for Young Artists of America, is a touring faculty member with DEViATE Dance Convention, a guest instructor for Lyford Cay International School, a choreographer for regional theaters, and has led classes for The Radio City Rockettes, Steps on Broadway, and Broadway Dance Center.
Former students have gone on to pursue collegiate degrees in Dance and Musical Theatre from Pace University, Point Park University, Marymount Manhattan College, The University of Michigan, New York University, Boston Conservatory, Elon University, and Rider University.

YAA’S OVERNIGHT Dance Conservatory
This award-winning overnight Dance Intensive is hosted by Young Artists of America, and directed by Maddie Rodrigue. This 6-day program is an ideal supplemental training opportunity for Musical Theater and Dance students on a pre-professional track. This intensive is intentionally curated to support the growth of dancers with a wide range of skillsets and dance experience - whether it is your first dance class, or your first stop for a summer full of dance training. Focused, versatile class offerings include: Jazz Technique, Contemporary, Ballroom, Precision Jazz, Hip Hop and Street Styles, Tap, Strength & Conditioning, Theater Dance, Industry seminars and talkbacks, workshops for Auditioning and Injury Prevention, all culminating in a final choreography showcase.

STUDIO DANS DANCE INTENSIVE
“ Dive into an intensive study of dance, mastering styles like contemporary, precision jazz, hip hop, ballet, tap, and theater dance. Enhance your skills with focused training in choreography, conditioning, and gain insight to the dance industry with curated talk-backs and masterclass sessions focused on preparing the high school dancer for college and professional auditions. Led by top dance professionals from across the country and curated by Maddie Rodrigue, this elite program is designed to challenge competitive dancers interested in pursuing dance at a collegiate and professional level. “
